Fall is getting closer! It’s time to start stocking up on suede, sweaters, and fall nail polish. Love this!

Also, we have been getting a lot of fog lately which has made the mornings feel fall-like. So, I am really needing fall to be official! Just a few more weeks. . .

As we head into the fall season, keep investing in quality over brand name and look for timeless style you can wear season after season. Overly trendy styles and logos are still very far out. I mean really far out there, you can’t even see them on the horizon. They’re waaaaaaay out.

This fall season is all about quality, soft fabrics, shades of green, suede (groundbreaking for fall right? haha), and cozy sweaters.

August is flying by! Can you believe it’s halfway through? Where is the time going? Anyway, this means we are closer to fall and fall temperatures. Love that!

As we think about prepping our wardrobes for fall, the new season will bring the return of color mixed in with neutrals. It will also continue to bring us high-quality style and steer clear of logos. We are seeing softer fabrications and obvious fall staples such as suede, cashmere, and silk scarves. Bring on fall! I am so done with summer weather!

Fall nail polish is starting to appear on store shelves, and it is selling quickly. Brands are starting to use the scarcity marketing tactic with nail polish. So, if you like a color, buy it quickly!

Fall is fast approaching, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that the weather catches up! It’s been waaaaaaaay too warm! Ugh! But, I digress. . .

With fall styles hitting store shelves, it’s time to think about what we need to fill in our wardrobes. So, stay tuned! My closet shopping post is hitting the blog next week! Right now, think art deco, shades of green, and timeless style.

As we think about fall, fashion and style continue to shift away from fleeting trends and towards longer lasting styles; with a focus on personal style. So, while runway trends are fun to incorporate into our wardrobes, only pick the ones that blend with what you own and love to wear. The trendy look is long gone. Personal style is king.

Long story short, investment dressing and wearing what we love is hotter than hot. Now that’s a trend I can stand behind!
