Can you believe it? Chanel has given us not two, not four, but eight new colors for the summer season! This comes after they gave us a couple of new hues for the summer before the season began. Love this!

One of the emerging nail polish trends this season is classic pink. So, Chanel wasted no time this summer and gave us not one, but three versions of pink nail polish! Love!

I am absolutely in love with Chanel Party Girl nail polish. It’s a festive pink with a high shine. I am wearing it non-stop! Of course, the other pinks are fabulous too, but I do play favorites.

As with last summer’s Chanel collection, the sparkling nail polish colors, Chanel Cristalline, Chanel Spectaculaire, and Chanel Affirmeee, work well on thier own or as top coats. There are so many manicure combinations you can make with these three colors used as top coats! I will post a few as the month goes on, but you can see Chanel Inspirante topped off with Chanel Cristalline at the bottom of this post.

We had fun testing the same fragrances on all of us and seeing how they smell different on different people, as well as the difference between how they smell on men vs. women. For example, Montale Parfums Arabians Tonka smelled warm and rich on me yet light and spicy on my husband. It’s amazing how one perfume can react differently on different people. Nevertheless, we both loved how it smelled! I believe my husband is now hinting I invest in a full bottle.
